Archive Re-post: Episode 01
"Hey gang, when we started this podcast we were really starting from scratch and figuring it out on the fly so the whole blogspot thing was alien to me and these first two episodes never really got attached to what has now become our permanent page. So I have reposted them on this page for everyones enjoyment."
"Three Guys Talking Shit!"
Welcome to the first episode of "Random Access". This is an exciting moment for us as we launch the podcast which will be the anchor for our new online network, "Random Access WebTV".
You probably might want to know a little bit about what "Random Access" is, well I will do my best to do that now. "Three guys talking shit!" is basically myself (Eric Stewart), Anton Curley and Talon Skibsrud. Just three friends and film partners from the Art Institute of Austin. We love to get together and just talk about all kinds of random stuff. How we decided to go from just us talking to actually putting it out as a podcast is a topic for episode002. What you need to know is that you never will know what we are going to talk about.
Of course we will have segments for the show and basic topics like Movies, Comic Books and such, but what we talk about during those segments is the good stuff.
We will eventually be putting this out on itunes and other sources to reach as many people as we can and use it to advertise our projects, our Network and many many other independent projects from the students of Ai and from the Indie world at large.
Please take a listen and see what you think. If you have any comments or have any topics, shout outs or requests you want us to talk about or even anything that you have created and you want us to show or broadcast please hit us up at RAWthepodcast@gmail.com.
Thanks we hope you get our sense of humor, find us entertaining, continue to listen and spread the word to the world.
RAW Episode001: "Three GuysTalking Shit!"
By the way I want to give a big shout out to my fellow cast members Anton Curley and Talon Skibsrud. Thanks guys for joining me on this wonderfully weird and fun project. Also want to thank our friend and graduate of Ai, Preston Jinnet for joining the project to help with the final edit of this episode and for wanting to join this wild ride and see where it can take us all. Thanks guys.
We also want to give a shout out to the crew of students that joined us to help create this first episode:
Michael Ray (Grip)
Justin Paris (Audio)
Zeke Cisneros (additional audio assistance)
If I forgot anyone I'm sorry, please hit me up at the above email and let me know I forgot you and I will come back and edit this list.
There is no way we could have done it without each of you. Thanks gang.
